2021 Year in Review – Ford Office Technologies
Just when we thought the trials and tribulations of 2020 were behind us, 2021 came roaring in like a lion and went out like a blindfolded bull in a China shop. COVID didn’t get the memo that we were trying to leave it in the rearview mirror and continued to wreak havoc on individuals and businesses across the globe. “Be patient with us. We are short-staffed.” became the new customer service catchphrase as we navigated a workforce that shifted into other fields as a result of the 2020 shutdowns. Oh and let us not forget about the ongoing supply chain issues that stopped Santa in his tracks, not to mention countless industries. But hey, we had plenty of toilet paper, so there was that.
We would love to say that 2021 is going to get easier, but that would require a very powerful Magic 8 Ball. What we can say is “easier” has become a matter of perspective, and despite the hardships that the world has gone through, there has been so much good. As you focus on the good in the world around you, we want you to know that you have been the good in ours. We are grateful and blessed for the relationships that we have forged with you all, and we will never take that for granted.
