This is a letter of appreciation for Ford Technologies and their IT employees. A few weeks ago I was called at home in the middle of night because our internet was not working. Being a Public Water Supplier, we are a critical infrastructure, and we are required by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to monitor and report. I immediately called our Internet provider and was told that it was not their issue it was my IT company’s issue. I didn’t believe that to be true because this has happened in the past and it has never been Ford IT’s issue. I called Ford and I spoke with Tim and Paxton after I was told that it would be 5 days before they could come out. Those guys went above and beyond for the next almost two days to get the internet provider to figure out what the problem was. They made more phone calls and spent more time on the phone trying to help me get this issue fixed as they knew that I was going to be fined and in trouble with the DEP. After my internet had been down for almost two days, they were told that some backdoor maintenance was being performed and my IP address had been deleted. During the outage I lost over 200,000 gallons of water, I lost revenue because our phone system is VoIP so people couldn’t make payments and I had to pay some of my employees even though they couldn’t do their job. It is phenomenal in this day and time to have a company that cares enough about their clients and puts this much time and effort into helping them. You have obviously trained your employees right . I can’t thank you all enough for being so willing to help and make sure that I was taken care and always made sure that I knew what was going on with the situation. I would recommend your company and your IT service to anyone. You all gave 1,000% great customer service !! Thank you again!!
The machines were wonderful this summer! It was a major improvement over our previous situation. Having the ability to scan in documents was a true help in maintaining accurate records and keeping communication flowing. I would also like to commend the gentlemen who came out to install and the technician who later came out to set up the scan to computer feature. All of the staff has been nothing short of wonderful and we are extremely grateful for the support.
