Marketing Director
Description
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Marketing Director to lead our team in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns across targeted locations. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing performance, from setting the overall strategy to implementing and analyzing results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on targeted locations, considering local demographics, preferences, and market conditions.
- Design and implement a marketing analytics framework to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing channels for localized campaigns (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation, conversion rates).
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets for localized campaigns, ensuring a positive return on investment (ROI).
- Oversee the development and delivery of regular reports on localized marketing performance to senior management, highlighting key trends and insights.
- Analyze the effectiveness of localized marketing campaigns and recommend data-driven optimizations.
- Identify and implement the latest marketing analytics tools and technologies specific to local targeting.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, etc.) to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Extensive experience in marketing analytics and performance marketing.
- Deep understanding of marketing attribution modeling and A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for targeted locations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
