- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including setting goals, monitoring performance, and conducting regular team meetings.

- Assist HR Department with recruiting new sales team members.
- Conduct performance assessments for sales team members, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Ensure that the sales team operates in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Four or more years of sales experience.
- Excellent communications skills.
